M. Carla Medina is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Human Rights First since September 2019, where responsibilities include acting as the internship coordinator and assisting with diversity initiatives for intern recruitment. Prior experience includes working as a Counselor Aid at Foothill Treatment Center, where M. Carla Medina facilitated client activities and managed intake processes, and as a Psychiatric Technician at Center for Change, providing support to patients during their residential stays. M. Carla Medina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
