Laura Black is the co-founder of Human Scale Business, a research fellow at the University of Siegen, and a former business applications advisor at FedEx. Laura has also been a visiting assistant professor at Montana State University and a professor at the University of Lugano. Laura's research focuses on understanding and improving processes of interdisciplinary innovation.
Laura Black received a Ph.D. in System Dynamics and Organization Studies from MIT Sloan School of Management. Laura also has an MBA in Information Systems Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Plan II Liberal Arts Honors Program (English, sociology) from The University of Texas at Austin.
