Mandy Booys

Mandy Booys is a skilled Senior Researcher at the Human Sciences Research Council since June 2019, specializing in project coordination, literature reviews, mixed methods data collection, and data analysis. Previously, Mandy served as a postgraduate student and tutor at the University of the Western Cape during 2017, where an Honours degree in Gender Studies was completed. Prior experience includes working as a Development Facilitator at Surplus People Project from March 2011 to June 2015. Mandy holds a BA Honours in Gender Studies from the University of the Western Cape (2017-2018), a B-Tech in Horticulture from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2005-2010), and is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Monitoring & Evaluation at Stellenbosch University.
