Michael M.

Michael M. began their work experience in 2011 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Software Engineering Institute, CERT, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Software Vulnerability Analyst at the same organization. In 2017, Michael M. joined Citi as a Senior Vice President and Investigations Senior Manager, a role they held until 2021. Michael then joined PerimeterX in 2021 as a Threat Intelligence Lead. Currently, they are working at HUMAN, starting in 2022, first as a Threat Subject Matter Expert and later as a Principal Threat Subject Matter Expert.

Michael M. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science at Lehigh University from 2008 to 2011. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Security Technology and Management, specializing in Forensics, at Carnegie Mellon University from 2011 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in 2022. Michael also acquired various certifications, including ARM Exploitation and Browser Exploitation from Exploit Lab, Amazon Web Services Security Specialty and Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Digital Forensics from Carnegie Mellon University, and GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE) and GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) from GIAC Certifications. Additionally, Michael obtained the IDA Pro certification from Hex-Rays.
