Kaelynn Hillegass

Kaelynn Hillegass is an experienced professional in youth development and counseling psychology, currently serving as the Lead Youth Development Associate at the Human Services Center Corporation since June 2016. In this role, Kaelynn manages a caseload of students while supervising a team of associates, implementing new curriculum and organizing various educational activities. Previously, Kaelynn worked as a Youth Development Associate focused on workforce and college readiness for high school seniors, and held the position of Intake Coordinator at The Grace Wellness Center, managing front desk operations and client intakes. Early experience includes data entry at Invention Home and a telecommunicator role in the Admissions department at Messiah College. Kaelynn earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Messiah University.
