Cathleen Cooke has over 20 years of work experience in the marketing and research industry. Cathleen worked at Human Synergistics from 2006 to the present, where they held the positions of Director of Marketing and Chief Client Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Aeffect, Inc. as an Account Executive from 2000 to 2001, where they provided market research and developed recommendations for clients. Cathleen also worked as an Intern at Bozell Worldwide in 1999, where they conducted market research and analyzed focus groups.
Cathleen Cooke obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and a Certificate in Business Institutions from Northwestern University between 1995 and 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern University from 1999 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Leadership/Impact & Management/Impact Accreditation and Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI) & Organizational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI) Accreditation from Human Synergistics.
