Cheryl Boglarsky

Cheryl Boglarsky, PhD, holds extensive experience in research and academia with a focus on psychology and organizational development. Currently serving as a Research Psychologist and Team Leader at Human Synergistics, Inc. since 1997, Cheryl has specialized in providing critical insights on research methods, applied statistics, and management consulting. In addition to this role, Cheryl has contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at Capella University since 2010 and previously at the University of Detroit Mercy from 1990 to 2022, where Cheryl designed the Industrial-Organization Master’s curriculum and facilitated numerous graduate and undergraduate courses. Cheryl's educational background includes a PhD in Social Psychology from Wayne State University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
