Miriam Subirana Vilanova, PhD, serves as the CEO of IDeIA since July 2013, specializing in training for appreciative inquiry, coaching, team building, and leadership, as well as co-creating academies in companies. Miriam also holds the position of Directora at YESOUISI, where creativity, values, and coaching are emphasized, offering seminars in leadership and mindfulness. As a certified Life Styles Inventory LSI consultant with Human Synergistics since February 2018 and a coach trainer at personas y organizaciones, Miriam has published a book on spiritual coaching. Miriam Subirana Vilanova has been a professor at various institutions, including EAE Business School and Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull, teaching subjects such as Appreciative Inquiry and intercultural communication. Educational qualifications include an Appreciative Inquiry Certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Doctorate in Fine Arts from Universitat de Barcelona.
