Tony Bradford has extensive experience in leadership and organizational psychology, serving as the Group Executive and CEO of CFCH Group of Companies since 1999. Bradford is also a Level 1 Coach at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and an Accredited Practitioner at Leadership Circle. With a commitment to workplace mental health, Bradford founded and managed several organizations, including The Centre for Corporate Health, Resilia Rehabilitation, and The Resilience Box. Previous roles include a consultant position at EY and service as a Lieutenant in the Royal Australian Navy. Bradford holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Australian Defence Force Academy.
