Judy O.

Judy Oakden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in evaluation, research, facilitation, and mentoring, currently serving as the Director of Pragmatica.nz since 2007. As an Associate at the Human Systems Dynamics Institute, Judy holds Human Systems Dynamics Professional Certification and participates in a network of engaged practitioners. Additionally, Judy is a member of the Kinnect Group, collaborating with other experienced practitioners since 2007 to deliver critical insights and responsive services. In their role as a Policy, Research and Development provider for the All-of-Government consultancy services panel, Judy contributes to various governmental initiatives. Judy's academic background includes a Master of Philosophy in Complexity Theory and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Sector Evaluation Research, both from Massey University, where a Bachelor of Business Studies was also earned.
