Allan Neville has over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering. Allan began their career in 1996 as an Electrical Engineer at Raytheon. In 1997, they moved to Arthur D. Little as an Electrical Engineer, where they designed and developed over five medical products. In 2000, they joined Design Continuum as a Senior Electrical Engineer, leading and/or participating in over twenty successful product design and development efforts. In 2007, they were hired by Instron as an Electrical and Firmware Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for leadership and management of EE/FW group, development of plan of action to address Instron's EE/FW needs, and management of product design efforts. In 2010, they joined iRobot as a Lead EE, overseeing the EE/FW group for Advanced Development Program within G&I division. In 2011, they were hired by Murata Power Solutions as the Global Director of Program Management and Director of Product Development. In 2014, they moved to Euro-Pro (creator of the Shark and Ninja brands) as the Director of Electrical Engineering, where they were responsible for the Electrical Engineering department. Finally, in 2017, they joined Human Systems Integration, Inc. as the VP of Engineering.
Allan Neville obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Honors) from Universidad Simón Bolívar between 1988 and 1993. Allan then went on to receive a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1994 and 1996.
