David Ford is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in home health and hospice services. Currently serving as Home Health Administrator at Human Touch Home Health Care since June 2018, David also holds the position of ADON at Frontier Home Health and Hospice since July 2016 and has been a Clinical Supervisor at Human Touch Home Health since January 2015. Prior experience includes serving as an RN Case Manager at Sangre de Cristo Hospice and working as a Registered Nurse in the emergency room at Mt. San Rafael Hospital. Additionally, David gained experience as a Critical Care Tech at Intermountain Healthcare. David earned an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Provo College, completing studies in registered nursing between 2009 and 2012.
