Elle Thompson

Elle Thompson is the Research Director at Human8, where they focus on understanding people's behaviors and attitudes through both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. They were a finalist for the MRS Young Researcher of the Year in 2022 and have served various roles in research and management across multiple organizations, including InSites Consulting and Join the Dots. Elle possesses a Master's degree with Distinction in Cultural History and a BA with 1st Class Honours in History from the University of Liverpool. Previously, as an archivist at The Black-E, they developed skills in research and information management while fueling a passion for sharing history.
