Gabriela Lozada has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as Jefe de Aseguramiento de la Calidad, Jefe de Lealtad Customer Experience, and Jefe de Servicio al Cliente Corporativo at Humana Ecuador since April 2018. Previously, Gabriela worked as Ejecutivo Broker at Seguros del Pichincha from September 2016 to September 2018 and held the position of Coordinadora de Negocios at Humana Medicina Prepagada del Ecuador from April 2010 to September 2016. Gabriela's educational background includes ongoing studies in Ingeniería en Biotecnología at Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE, a specialization in Insurance from Instituto de Banca y Seguros, a technical degree in Business Administration from ISTE Instituto Tecnológico Universitario España, and a diploma in Customer Experience Management from Universidad de Las Américas (EC).
