Abby Kramer, CPIM, is currently the Associate Director of Pharmacy Engineering PMO at Humana. With a background in management across diverse sectors including automotive, pharmaceuticals, and plastics, Abby has cultivated expertise in production scheduling, warehouse management, and logistics planning. Previously, Abby served as a Production Planner at Forest Pharmaceuticals and as a Master Planning Supervisor at thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, where strategic planning and continuous improvement were central to their roles. Abby’s earlier experience includes positions at The Home Depot and Aerotek, reinforcing a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership. Abby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
