Beth Pendleton

Beth Pendleton, PMP, is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience in business process outsourcing and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement-Business Process Outsourcing at Humana since January 2007, Beth manages a team overseeing over $700 million in spend across more than 300 contracts. Key responsibilities include driving savings through strategic relationships, category expertise, and contract negotiations. Previously, Beth held roles such as Senior Category Manager and Program Manager, focusing on procurement initiatives, contract management, and process improvements. With a foundation in compliance and risk mitigation at Humana, Beth also has a background in communications and telecommunications, including a role as Provisioning Manager at Lightyear and Cobra Analyst at SHPS. Beth holds a degree from the University of Louisville.
