Heather Anders

Heather Anders possesses extensive experience in marketing and agile practices. From December 2005 to June 2007, Heather served as a Marketing Coordinator at Associated Bank. Prior roles include Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch and Account Executive at Wells Fargo Financial. Heather's tenures at IPAP, from August 2014 to January 2020, involved multiple leadership positions, culminating in the role of Director of Marketing, which encompassed advertising, promotions, and market research. Recently, Heather took on the role of Associate Director in the Interoperability Agile Practice at Humana, focusing on establishing an Agility Center and effective agile processes. Heather holds a BA in Communication Processes with a focus on Public Relations and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
