Jenna Loop

Jenna Loop is currently the Associate Director of Medicaid Technology Implementation and has extensive experience in technology and project management. They have held various leadership roles at Humana, where they managed multiple Scrum teams and led initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency and cost savings. Previously, Jenna worked as an Interface Engineer Team Lead at Appriss, overseeing Agile development processes and collaboration across teams. Additionally, they co-own Monocle Investments LLC and have taken on roles such as Product Manager and Technical Operations Manager at Red e App. Jenna is pursuing degrees in Computer and Information Sciences and Business Information & Operations Management from Indiana University.
