Jonathan Wickert Ph.D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and learning design. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Management Professional at Humana since May 2018, Jonathan has previously held roles such as Senior Learning Design Professional and Learning Systems Professional, focusing on human-centered organizational communication. Jonathan’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia and experience as a lecturer and assistant professor at various universities.
