Mindy Morrison

Mindy Morrison, CSM, CAPM, has extensive experience in staffing and recruitment, with a career spanning over two decades. At CIGNA, Mindy served as a Staffing Specialist and Benefits Administrator from May 1999 to June 2003. Subsequently, Mindy worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at PDI, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a territory of 150 medical professionals to promote cardiovascular products. Mindy then transitioned to Teknetex Inc. as a Pharmacy Recruiter, focusing on sourcing and interviewing candidates for pharmacy roles. From May 2021 to March 2019, Mindy held multiple roles at Humana, including Senior Strategy Advancement Professional and Senior Talent Management Professional, where research on hiring trends and the development of sourcing strategies were key responsibilities. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
