Phil Gatton

Phil Gatton is currently the Associate Director of Portfolio Management for Self-Service Analytics and Low Code Enablement at Humana, where they lead agile management initiatives and foster an innovative culture. Prior to this, Phil held various leadership roles at Bank of America, including Vice President in Reporting and Analytics, where they developed predictive models and automation solutions. Phil also contributed to Honeywell Life Safety as a Software Engineer, supervising teams and implementing statistical methodologies to enhance software development processes. They have served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville and are pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
