Ryan Webb

Ryan Webb serves as Associate Vice President of Sales Support at Humana since September 2025. Previously, Ryan held the position of Director of Field Performance & Analytics at T-Mobile from April 2020 to September 2025, where leadership of a team focused on performance management and analytics contributed to enhanced sales and customer care efficiency. Prior to T-Mobile, Ryan was with Sprint from March 2010 to March 2020, serving in various roles including Director of National Sales Performance & Compliance and Manager of M&A Sales Integration Lead, facilitating successful sales integration and operational excellence. Early career experiences included key roles at iPCS Wireless, focusing on indirect sales operations and management. Ryan holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
