Tamara Smith is a Vice President and national leader in strategy, health equity, and organizational transformation. They previously served as Vice President of Community Engagement at Novant Health and have a diverse background that includes roles at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and Humana. With a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a Master’s from Nebraska Methodist College, they are currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Leadership at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. Tamara is also recognized as a TEDx speaker, acclaimed keynote speaker, and podcast host.
