Tom White

Tom White is an accomplished Change Leadership and Sustainability Model Consultant with extensive experience in instructional design, leadership development, and program management. Currently serving as the Chief Instructional Designer for a Customer Relationship Management initiative, they leverage a neuroscience-based approach to enhance executive leadership training. Their previous roles include CEO of ELITE ThinkTank, where they explored innovative learning theories, and a Learning & Training Consultant at Humana, focusing on change management. Tom has received over fifty national and international awards for their contributions to education, technology, and public service. They hold degrees in Biophysics and Educational Psychology from Western Kentucky University and completed graduate studies at the University of Louisville.
