Hazlina Hussein

Hazlina Hussein is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Managing Consultant at HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Human Capital Development Sdn Bhd). Hazlina specialises in communication, process improvement and change management. Her responsibilities include designing and executing change management projects, talent development initiatives and graphic and multimedia content productions

Hazlina began her career at PETRONAS as a Multimedia Designer then Public Relations Executive before ascending the rank as Manager of Benchmarking and Process Improvement. She had since spent several years as consultant for various public sectors and government linked companies before joining HumanCap in 2012.

With over 20 years of work experience and almost 15 years involvement in change management, Hazlina had overseen projects covering areas such as system integration and cultural change, end-to-end talent management, managing quality systems, developing standards, knowledge management, and developing leadership frameworks.

Hazlina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, majoring in Communication, Advertising, Classical Humanities from the University of Missouri, Columbia and is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
