Irene Jim

Senior Partner at HumanCapient

Irene Jim is the Senior Partner and Director of Change Management at HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Human Capital Development Sdn Bhd).

She offers over 20 years of experience in change management and human capital consulting. Irene joined HumanCap in 2008, and has led various projects in change management; covering specific areas such as stakeholder engagement, change readiness assessment, communications and job impact analysis.

Her core strength lies in managing projects on people transformation including people strategy development and human resource transformation. Her field of expertise is in change management, job analysis and evaluation, compensation and benefits, performance management and organisation design. In addition, she is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals since 2013.

Irene began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Human Resource Consulting arm for 5 years before joining Accenture, a leading management consulting and professional services firm as Manager of Human Performance Service Line. At Accenture, her change management experience included serving clients in the private sector on large scale ICT implementation and shared services set up.

Irene holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (HR) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
