Roger Norris has a history of working in the advertising and creative industry. Roger is currently the VP Creative Director at Humancare | An IPG Health Company since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP, Associate Creative Director at Neon - An FCB Health Network Company starting from July 2021. From 2019 to 2021, Roger worked as the Creative Director at rogernorris.com. Roger also had a brief stint as an ACD at McCann Health New York from June to November 2020. In 2020, they held the position of CD / The Bank at FCB Health where they developed health and wellness concepts for DTC and HCP clients, as well as worked on a social campaign for Black History Month with the diversity team. Roger has extensive experience dating back to 2003 when they served as the VP Creative Director at Publicis New York, where they refined briefs, created advertising campaigns, and mentored junior teams. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Creative Director at Bates Worldwide from February 2000 to October 2003, and as an Art Director at VB Concepts from 1996 to 2000.

Roger Norris completed their education with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Architecture & Industrial Design from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Roger also attained a Higher Certificate with Distinction in Fine Art Printmaking from East Sydney College. Additionally, they participated in a Master Class in Digital & Social Media from Hyper Island. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Become a User Experience Designer" certification from LinkedIn in June 2019, as well as the "Sketch for UX Design" certification from the same institution in the same month and year.
