Joseph Edney is the Founder and CEO of Humand Talent, where Joseph focuses on solving talent problems for fast-growing software houses and tech businesses. Joseph is also the CEO of Adroit Staffing, where Joseph builds high-performing teams in growing businesses. Additionally, Joseph is the Founder of SiliconSpires by Humand Talent and serves as an Event Organiser for "Java - Oxford" and "Oxford Video Games - Techies and Creatives". As a Public Speaker and Interviewer, Joseph provides talks and presentations to students on careers within Technology. Joseph is a small-time investor in tech startups and has experience as an Embedded Talent Director and Onsite Talent Acquisition Director. Joseph holds a BA in Economics, Business, and Economics from Swansea University.
