Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh (HARP) is one of Pennsylvania’s largest non-profit organizations dedicated to the welfare of animals, pet owners and the community. With our two domestic animal shelters and fully licensed Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, HARP is a trusted and caring resource helping more than 25,000 animals each year through our adoption programs, veterinary medical centers, care for injured or orphaned native Pennsylvania wildlife, pet food distribution and community engagement activities.  Our open door policy ensures that no animal is ever refused shelter.

The Animal Care and Rehabilitation team at Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh is dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation for domestic and wildlife animals in need.
