Jennifer Smieja

Jennifer Smieja has extensive experience in communications, marketing, and development, particularly within the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha. Jennifer has held various roles at HAWS since 1998, including Development Coordinator. Jennifer also volunteered as an Adoptions Coordinator at Greyhounds Only. With a degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Jennifer has a strong background in messaging, branding, fundraising, and marketing. Additionally, Jennifer previously worked as a Placement Specialist at Kelly Services, where Jennifer had the opportunity to work for notable companies such as GE Medical and Miller Brewing.
