K.c. Thompson

K.C. Thompson is an experienced professional in the fields of shelter operations, community outreach, and marketing communications. Currently serving as Shelter Operations Manager and previously as Community Outreach Manager and Coordinator at the Humane Society of Charlotte since January 2020, K.C. has a strong background in nonprofit work. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing and Communications Associate at Beagle Freedom Project and various positions in copywriting and design across several organizations, such as BooneOakley, Energy BBDO, and Bedrock Manufacturing. K.C. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the Savannah College of Art and Design, completed in 2017.
