Lissette Peralta

Lissette Peralta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at the Humane Society of Greater Miami since December 2019, Lissette has held multiple leadership roles including Sr Strategy and Business Operations Manager and Clinic and Shelter Program Manager. In addition, Lissette founded and serves as CEO of Elle Peralta Consulting since May 2021. Prior experience includes Client Services Manager at Henner Group and significant roles at the American Red Cross, including Regional Disaster Workforce Engagement Manager. Lissette's background also features security and coordination responsibilities at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. Lissette holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida.
