Pam Miller has a diverse background in volunteer work and auditing. Since July 2014, Pam has actively volunteered at the Humane Society of Huron Valley, performing tasks such as reminding individuals of veterinary appointments, handling laundry, selling raffle tickets, and assisting with various needs. Concurrently, Pam has been volunteering at the Brighton District Library since 2013, providing support in the computer lab. Prior to these roles, Pam worked at Ryder System, Inc. from July 2006 to July 2013 as an Audit Analyst, where responsibilities included overseeing audits and resolving contract disputes. Earlier experience at Ryder Transportation involved significant cost savings and coordination efforts. Pam's educational background includes course work at Mott Community College in 2014.

The Humane Society of Huron Valley is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt public charity. We are independently run and rely on the generosity of people like you to continue our mission to support the loving, responsible care of every animal in our community. HSHV is not affiliated with or funded by Michigan Humane Society or any other humane organization. HSHV was founded in 1896. We are the only animal shelter in Washtenaw County that takes in all types of unwanted, injured, lost, stray, abandoned, and abused animals. Each year we help over 10,000 dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals. We are governed by a board of directors and are supported by generous individual and corporate donors.
