Meg MacDonald has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Specialist at The Humane Society of the United States since February 2016, having previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this role, Meg worked at Sparks from September 2005 to February 2016 as Staffing Supervisor, where the company provided staffing solutions in the Washington, DC area. Earlier in Meg's career, a managerial position was held at The Container Store from January 1996 to September 2005. Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Baldwin Wallace University, where studies were completed between 1981 and 1985.
