Erika S. started their work experience in 2008 as a High School Admissions Representative at Automotive Training Center. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a High School Programs Representative at DeVry University. In 2013, they joined Rally Cap Consulting, Sling Shot as a High School Outreach Ambassador, providing workshops to assist students in their career and college search. In 2014, they briefly worked as an Office Manager Executive Assistant at Coastal Physical Therapy Associates. Later in 2014, they joined American Traveler and held roles as a Recruiter, Business Development Account Manager, and Manager of Business Development. Erika S. pursued their education with determination, beginning in 2003 when they enrolled at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Erika dedicated five years of their life to studying there, ultimately receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Public Relations in 2008.

Later, in 2010, Erika decided to further enhance their academic qualifications and enrolled at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. For a span of two years, they focused on their studies in Project Management and successfully completed their Master's degree in 2012.

Overall, Erika S. possesses a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations from Kutztown University and a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
