Cynthia Ong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial operations and analysis. Currently serving as the RevOps Data & Insights Manager at Humanforce since September 2022, Cynthia previously held various roles at IBM from April 2008 to March 2022, including Financial Controller for IBM A/NZ Systems and Finance Consolidation Lead for the A/NZ region. Cynthia has a strong background in financial management, offering strategic insights, managing budgeting processes, and advising on internal controls per Sarbanes-Oxley standards.
