Leandro Monaco

Leandro Monaco has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. Leandro currently works as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Humanforce since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Allianz as a Software Engineering Team Lead from 2021 to 2022. Leandro also worked at Fiserv, AXA, The Coca-Cola Company, Andreani Grupo Logístico, Definition 6, and Tenaris, where they held roles ranging from Junior Software Developer to Senior Software Engineer and Senior Software Developer.

Leandro Monaco attended the Universidad Abierta Interamericana from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Software Development. In addition to their degree, Leandro has also earned several certifications including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate from Microsoft in 2021, and the Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2018. Leandro also holds a certification in Async Collaboration for Distributed Teams Badge from Atlassian, obtained in 2023.
