Teresa Ichsan

Teresa Ichsan currently serves as the Vice President of Resident Services at HumanGood since September 2024 and is the CEO and founder of Ichsan Coaching & Consulting, a role held since November 2017, focusing on optimizing performance and leadership skills, particularly among women. Previous experience includes positions such as Chief Business Development Officer at Project Access, where Teresa led stakeholder relations and strategic growth from March 2018 to October 2024, and held various roles at the same organization including Vice President of Resident Services & Business Development. Earlier in the career, Teresa worked at Studio Z, Inc. as a Business Development and Special Events Manager, The John Stewart Company as a Resident Services Coordinator and Leasing Specialist, and has built a strong foundation in customer service and program management. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Intercultural Communications from San Francisco State University.
