Milène Pigeon, CRHA, currently serves as Partenaire RH at Humania Assurance Inc. since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in organizational strategies and human resources from Bectrol Inc., where Milène worked from April 2014 to February 2022 to foster team engagement and drive results. Prior to that, Milène co-coordinated initiatives at Regroupement Naissance-Renaissance from April 2010 to August 2014 and held the position of Coordonnatrice CRSDD at UQAM from 2007 to 2009. Milène holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, specializing in psychosociologie du travail from UQAM, attained in 2014, and a Certificat en enseignement in teaching French as either a second language or a foreign language from UQAM, completed in 2003, alongside earlier studies at Collège Édouard Montpetit from 1997 to 1999.
