Pascale Audette serves as the President and CEO of The YMCAs of Quebec since January 2025 and is an Advisor at AgeTech Capital, where Pascale co-founded a growth-stage investment firm focused on empowering entrepreneurs to address the challenges of an aging population. With a wealth of experience, Pascale is also a member of the Board of Directors at Humania Assurance Inc., contributing to governance and audit committees while promoting a culture of respect and innovation. Additional roles include being an Investment Committee Member at Real Ventures and previous CEO of Carebook Technologies Inc., where Pascale led the development of digital health solutions. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Behaviour Interactive, Hyper Hippo Productions, The Walt Disney Internet Group, and contributions to the Breakfast Club of Canada. Pascale holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Business from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
