Arjun Saksena

Arjun Saksena has a diverse and extensive work experience. Arjun is currently the Founder and CEO of Humanic AI, a customer relationship management (CRM) company that focuses on maximizing revenue for growing companies. Prior to this, Arjun co-founded GrowthSimple in 2019, which offers AI platform and data science services to help SaaS companies drive revenue growth.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Arjun held notable positions at established companies. Arjun worked at Evernote in 2017 as Principal Product Manager, focusing on growth strategies. From 2012 to 2017, they served as Senior Product Manager, Growth @ Photoshop at Adobe. During this time, they played a pivotal role in founding the Personalization @ Adobe initiative and presented the vision to Adobe's CEO and other senior stakeholders.

Arjun's experience also includes working at Yahoo! as Lead Product Manager for Front Page Personalization & Flickr Video, where they significantly contributed to a 300%+ increase in click-through rate (CTR) over four years. Arjun was a key member of the founding team that launched Y! Screen, curating premium content on the web.

Earlier in their career, Arjun served as the Director of Product Management at Streamlogics, where they drove the platform vision and consolidated various code silos into a unified platform. Arjun also worked as the National Sales Manager at TOS Ltd, doubling sales and implementing a homegrown CRM tool for prospect conversations. Additionally, Arjun started their career as a Network Software Engineer at FastForward Networks-Inktomi, where they built technology to disrupt traditional television broadcast and created visual representations of the competitive landscape for strategy conversations.

Arjun Saksena holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Arjun also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In terms of their early education, Arjun attended St. Columba's School in New Delhi and St. Mary's Academy in Meerut. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: one in Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports from Harvard Business School in May 2014, and another in Leadership: Managing Teams for Innovation & Success from Stanford University in June 2013.
