Michał Kozłowski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where innovation projects are supported through training and mentorship for technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination, Roon focuses on enhancing the software development landscape by making processes more dynamic and reliable. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, fostering decentralized infrastructure and technological change. Roon has also contributed as a board member and technical advisor at various organizations, including Share&Charge and the IIB Council. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and completed specialized education in Fintech at MIT, along with project management certification.
