Sami R.

Sami R. has extensive work experience in software quality assurance, serving in various leadership roles. Since 2013, Sami has held positions such as Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at the U.S. Department of Labor and Software QA Team Lead at Soft-Con Enterprises, Inc. In 2016, Sami transitioned to become a Lead Software QA Engineer at Netlogic Solutions, Inc. From 2017 to the present, Sami has worked as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at Salient CRGT, the National Cancer Institute (NCI), and Unissant. In 2021, Sami took on additional responsibilities as a Software Quality Assurance Manager at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and later at HumanIT Solutions, where Sami is currently serving as the Software Quality Assurance Manager/Team Lead.

Sami R. earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Binghamton University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In November 2016, Sami R. became a Certified Tester, Foundation Level at ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page. In September 2016, they also earned a certification in Certified Trusted Tester Section 508 Compliance and Web Accessibility from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Sami R. obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the International Scrum Institute™ (Scrum Institute) in April 2016. Most recently, in October 2022, they obtained their SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
