Support and Coordination

The Support and Coordination team at Humanitas DMH provides comprehensive assistance and treatment for individuals with (mild) intellectual disabilities. Team members, including ambulant guides, personal and residential supervisors, family coaches, and service bureau coordinators, work collaboratively to deliver personalized care and support, ensuring clients' needs are met in various life aspects.
