Anna Orzłowska has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they are currently working as the HR & Support Manager at Humanity Inc, where they are responsible for creating support procedures and tools, recruiting and training Customer Support Advisors, and overseeing their work. Anna is also responsible for supporting both the Board and the management team on recruitment, on- and offboarding, culture training, and core operational tasks.

As the Customer Support Advisor, they provided support and comprehensive product & service information to customers, built relationships with customers, and assisted customers in making purchasing decisions.

In 2003, they worked as an Au-Pair at Cultural Care Au Pair.

Anna Orzłowska has a Masters degree in Psycho-pedagogics and Professional and Social Counselling from Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009. Anna also holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology of Human Behaviour from Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna w Szczecinie, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. In 2003, they attended Nassau Community College and obtained a TOEFL certification from ETS in September of that year. Additionally, they hold a Staff and Payroll - PL certification from the Association of Accountants in Poland, which they obtained in June 2017, and a Prince 2 Foundation certification, which they obtained in April 2013.
