Sandra Riaz

Sandra Riaz has worked in the software industry since 2013. Sandra began their career as an Inbound Sales Associate at Humanity, where they were responsible for sales, onboarding, and account management of SMB and mid-market accounts. Sandra also developed communication strategies to increase adoption and reduce churn, and conducted live, in-depth, ROI-driven product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. From 2013 to 2017, they also worked as a Senior Technical Support Executive at Humanity, providing assistance to customers via live chat, calls, and emails, troubleshooting the application for issues and providing feedback to the development team. Sandra also prepared product presentations for clients, provided product demonstrations, and helped them set up their portal and assist with technical issues. In 2021, Sandra began working as a Small & Mid-Market Sales Associate at TCP Software.

Sandra Riaz began their education in 2008 at The Lords International School System, where they completed their Matric in 2012 with a focus in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Sandra then attended BISE Lahore in 2014, where they completed their High School with a focus in Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
