Marcela Mosquera Loaiza is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Recruiter Manager at HumanNet since July 2023, Marcela leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing workplace dynamics. Previously, Marcela held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Vidoomy and worked as a LatAm Recruiter for Management Solutions, where responsibilities included candidate screening, group dynamics, and direct candidate engagement.
