Tanya Shay

Tanya Shay has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Tanya most recently worked at humano LLC as the VP of Finance and Accounting starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Finance at the same company from September 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining humano LLC, Tanya worked at KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. where they held various positions. Tanya first served as the Manager of OR1 Project Success from July 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Operations Accounting from August 2013 to July 2021.

Tanya also gained valuable experience during their tenure at St. Jude Medical, where they held the position of Sr. Cost Accounting Manager from October 2001 to August 2013. Before that, they worked at MiniMed as a Senior Financial Analyst from April 1998 to October 2001.

Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Financial Analyst at Toyota Motor Credit Corporation from April 1995 to April 1998, as well as an Auditor at Kenneth Levental from 1990 to 1992.

Tanya Shay pursued their education with an initial focus on Accounting at Arizona State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled in the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1995 to 1998, aiming to enhance their expertise in Finance by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
