Gesu Baroova is an experienced executive coach and director, currently leading GB Leaders Ltd since September 2020 and serving as a Growth Partner and Executive Coach at Elevayte since December 2022. With a focus on empowering leaders through coaching, Gesu also contributes as an Executive Coach at HumanQ, tackling critical organizational challenges. Previous roles include Change Lead for CHEP UK's Northern Europe operations and various commercial management positions within CHEP, overseeing significant customer portfolios. Prior experience encompasses account management and consultancy roles at Velocity Partners, Monumental Games, Orange UK, dotMobi, and Ultro Technologies. Gesu holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, complemented by professional coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute.
