Geoffrey Griffard

Geoffrey Griffard currently serves as the Co-Founder of HumanResources.Pro, a community of independent HR consultants established in March 2023. In addition, Geoffrey holds the position of Director of Compensation at Ericsson since February 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Topa Insurance Company and as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Emser Tile. Geoffrey also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Human Resources Pro from 2013 to 2015 and managed financial planning and analysis at Mercury Insurance from 2006 to 2013. Geoffrey Griffard possesses an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Russian Language and Literature from Brigham Young University.
